Strata
Condominium management built for Angola — dues, accounts, assemblies and minutes that comply with Presidential Decree 141/15, with every owner able to see it all on their phone.
- DP 141/15built around Angola's condominium law
- PT · EN · FRtrilingual from launch
- 7product screens shown openly — no demo gate

The problem
A condominium administrator's month arrives in pieces: chat messages, photos of transfer receipts, bank-statement lines with no reference. Matching each kwanza to the right unit is manual work — and on top of it sit legal deadlines for notices, assemblies and minutes that have to hold up in court.
The product
We built the whole product end to end — the web app administrators and accountants work in every day, the owner portal, and the site that sells it. One place where the money, the paperwork and the building's routine come together: each payment tied to the unit that made it, each expense filed with its document, and the year closing with a complete package.
- +Dues generated by unit share (permilage), per fiscal year
- +Receipts read automatically — amount and reference
- +Statements from BFA, BAI, BIC, ATLANTICO imported and reconciled
- +Double-entry ledger on the Angolan chart of accounts
- +Assemblies from notice to legally valid minutes
- +Owner portal, digital gatehouse log, generator & water tracking
The product site
The site sells by showing, not promising: seven real product screens with no demo to book, and a scroll sequence where a messy month — messages, photos, unreferenced bank lines — closes itself line by line. Pricing is public across five plans, with a 45-day trial that asks for no card.
